- Programme / Course: all online educational content (videos, materials, modules, replays, documents and tools) made available to the Customer after payment.
- Coaching: group or individual video sessions led by the Seller or an appointed instructor.
- Platform: a secure online space hosted by a third-party service, providing access to the Course and/or discussion group.

- Customer Account: a personal area created after purchase, providing access to the Course and follow-up information.
- Terms: these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- Digital content: any content supplied in non-physical form, including video, audio, text, downloadable files or online access.
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the sale of online training content and group and/or individual coaching services offered by the Seller to the Customer through the Website. Every order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Description of services
- The online course "Le Programme Bobby", with approximately twenty hours of video content and ongoing access without a time limit, for as long as the platform remains accessible and the service is maintained.
- Group coaching, with a limited number of places per session to ensure the quality of support.
- Additional modules on psychology and prop firms.
- The "Fiscalité & organisation" module: forthcoming and to be added at no extra cost for existing customers.
- A private discussion group, such as Discord, and session replays where technically possible.
The Seller may change the programme's content, order and examples to improve teaching without altering the essential nature of the service.
2 bis. Combined offer: Le Programme Bobby + Module Expert (presale)
The Seller offers a combined package called "Le Programme Bobby + Module Expert", which includes:
- Immediate access to "Le Programme Bobby", activated once payment is confirmed.
- Group coaching on Module Expert topics, approximately five hours, with limited places per session to ensure the quality of support.
- Deferred access to "Module Expert", sold on presale and to be opened at a later date.
- A total price of €2,300 including tax for Le Programme Bobby + Module Expert, unless a promotional offer is clearly displayed on the order page.
- Module Expert will be made available no later than twelve months after the purchase date of the combined offer.
At the time of ordering, the Customer expressly acknowledges that Module Expert is a presale and is not immediately accessible.
3. Intended audience and prerequisites
- The offer is intended for adults aged eighteen and over.
- The Customer remains responsible for the equipment needed to access the content and video sessions, including a computer, internet connection and software.
- The Customer understands the risks associated with trading, including addiction, financial loss and loss of self-confidence, and may not hold the Course or its provider responsible for them.
4. Prices, invoicing and payment
- The price, including tax, is displayed on the Website at the time of ordering, unless a temporary offer is stated.
- Payment is by card through a secure payment provider such as Stripe.
- The order becomes binding once payment is confirmed. A link to the invoice, available in the member area, is sent by email.
Payment in three instalments
Where this option is offered to the Customer, the Course price may be paid in three card instalments:
- For the offer currently priced at €1,830 including tax, the first payment of €610 including tax is charged when the order is placed.
- The second payment of €610 including tax is charged one month after the order.
- The third payment of €610 including tax is charged two months after the order.
- The exact payment dates are shown to the Customer before the order is confirmed and repeated in the confirmation email.
- This payment option carries no interest, additional fees or price increase.
- Payment in three instalments is solely an instalment arrangement for a single order. It is not a commercial subscription and does not renew automatically or otherwise.
- Stripe Billing is used solely to store the payment method and automate the three agreed charges. No fourth payment will be charged for this order.
- By selecting this option, the Customer accepts the payment schedule, acknowledges that the full order price is due and authorises Stripe, the Seller's payment provider, to make the corresponding charges to the stored payment method.
- The Customer agrees to keep a valid payment method until the final instalment has been paid.
- If a payment fails, further attempts may be made. The Customer may be asked to authenticate the payment or update their payment method.
- The Seller does not charge late interest or additional fees if a payment fails.
- A failed instalment does not automatically cancel the order or release the Customer from paying the remaining balance, subject to their statutory and contractual rights.
- Course access opens after confirmation of the first payment.
- If the "7-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee" described in section 7 is exercised under its stated conditions, payments already collected are refunded and the remaining instalments are cancelled.
- This payment option does not limit the Customer's statutory rights.
5. Orders and access
- Course access is provided through an online member area at https://www.bobbycarottes.com/dashboard, after payment is confirmed.
- Access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing access is prohibited; fraud may result in immediate suspension without a refund.
- Coaching times are communicated by email and/or within the group.
- Replays are made available when recording is technically possible and of sufficient quality.
- Replays remain available while the hosting platform is active. The Seller may move or close a distribution space with reasonable notice.
6. Right of withdrawal: digital content
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for digital content not supplied on a physical medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By confirming the order, the Customer:
- Expressly requests immediate performance of the contract before the end of the fourteen-day period;
- Acknowledges that they access the digital content upon payment;
- Expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
7. Commercial "7-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee"
The Seller offers a commercial guarantee that is separate from the right of withdrawal:
- The request must be made within seven days of purchase;
- The Customer must have watched less than 10% of the Course;
- A full refund is provided, no questions asked.
This guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
8. Cancellation or rescheduling of coaching sessions
- The Customer may request rescheduling within the published schedule and the group's availability.
- In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than twenty-four hours before a session, the session may be considered used.
- The Seller may reschedule a session for a legitimate reason, such as illness, force majeure or a technical incident. A new date will then be offered; no additional compensation is due.
9. Rules of use and conduct
- The group is a space for mutual support, requiring respect and confidentiality of discussions and data shared by members.
- Public distribution of internal content, including video clips, replays, teaching documents or screenshots of students, is prohibited without written permission.
- Simultaneous connections from multiple IP addresses or unauthorised public distribution may result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may lead to legal proceedings for intellectual property infringement.
10. Intellectual property and licence to use
- All content, including videos, text, materials, methods, strategy, templates, journals, calculators and e-books, remains the Seller's exclusive property.
- The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, for strictly private use.
- Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, resale, sharing with third parties or derivative training is prohibited.
11. Recordings and rights to image and voice
- Group sessions may be recorded and made available as replays to registered participants.
- By joining coaching, the Customer agrees to be recorded, including their voice, image and username.
- They may turn off their camera and microphone if they do not wish to appear.
